Instructions for using Pola Light:

1. Clean your teeth and record the tooth color on the last page.

2. Using the supplied syringe tip, apply a small line of gel evenly to the inside front of the top and bottom of your Pola LED splinter.

User Tip: Using the syringe markings as a guide, use one-fifth of the syringe (0.6g / 0.02 oz) per teeth whitening session on both the top and bottom of the tooth.

3.Put the Pola LED horseshoe in your mouth and bite.

- Press the on button twice for the blue/red LED The LED will turn on for 10 minutes The treatment time can be 15 minutes if there are no signs of sensitivity.

- Press the 'on' button once for the blue LED

Once the LED activation is complete, your whitening session is complete. Repeat twice a day for five days. For best results, we recommend completing both applications one after the other.

4. After the treatment, remove the horseshoe and wipe away any excess gel or saliva with a dry tissue. Rinse your mouth or brush your teeth after the whitening session.
