This website is operated by HEY WHITENING, a trading name of Rule's Scape Unipessoal Lda, Portuguese company registration and tax number 518815617, with its registered office at Rua do Passal 7, São Romão do Neiva, 4935-537 Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
By placing an order on this website, the customer accepts these Terms of Service, as well as the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs are shown before the purchase is completed.
We accept the following payment methods, the availability of which may vary by country: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, MB WAY, Multibanco, Klarna, Bancontact, iDEAL, Wero and MobilePay.
The order is prepared once payment has been confirmed.
Data protection
HEY WHITENING is committed to safeguarding the security of this website and protecting the data provided by its customers and visitors. As the data controller, it:
- Ensures that personal data is processed only for the purposes for which it was collected or for purposes compatible with those;
- Collects, uses and retains only the minimum personal data that is necessary and sufficient for the purpose in question;
- Shares personal data with third parties only as described in the Privacy Policy;
- Processes personal data for purposes provided for by law or in order to provide online services at your request.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract, without having to give any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision by email to info@heywhitening.com, stating the order number and their personal details, and return the items within 14 days of that communication. Return costs are borne by the customer.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery (Article 17 of the same Decree-Law).
Payments will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may be withheld until we have received the items or proof that they have been sent.

Legal guarantee
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021 of 18 October.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.
