Eligible Products for Return and Exchange

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
  • Only products in new condition and in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

    In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal under European Union law, customers have up to 14 days after receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange, with no obligation to provide justification.

    Method and Cost of Return

    • Returns and exchanges must be sent back by post.
    • The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

      Refund Process and Timing

      • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 2 business days.
      • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method used.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • No restocking fees will be applied.
